Do you have a video game system at home?
Unless you have an old 1980’s era Atari system, nearly every video game system available today offers active games that can really make you sweat.
One of my personal favorites is Dance Dance Revolution. It has been around forever but just keeps on coming back because people love it. I can easily work up a sweat in twenty minutes of beginner level dancing. If you don’t want to pay full retail for the game and dance pad, check them out on Ebay. I got mine there at a fraction of the price. It was well worth it!
