Get Your Sleep!
When was the last time you had a full eight hours of sleep?
Do you realize that you can do everything right as far as diet and exercise and never lose a pound if you aren’t getting enough sleep?
Yep. It is true.
Sleep is just as important as diet and exercise in the battle to lose weight.
If you’ve been doing everything else right but just can’t seem to make it work, take a look at how much sleep you’re getting. Sure, you may feel fine on a scant five or six hours of sleep but your body won’t run optimally until you’re getting a full eight.
Get some sleep!
